The Clearhope Team is available to provide on-campus or tele-video training on school campuses, for community events, and to small groups. The Clearhope clinicians are available for on-campus services in the Greater-Houston area and tele-mental health services on campuses throughout Texas.

Your Instructor
Heather Lambert , LPC and CSC is the founder of Clearhope Counseling & Wellness Center (2018) and Clearhope Training (2017). Heather has 17 years’ experience as a classroom teacher, school counselor, lead counselor and administrator. Heather founded Clearhope to remove access barriers to high quality mental health services. Heather believes and lives by the personal mission to “ensure that no one hurts alone.” Heather is bilingual English/Spanish.

Ana Valenzuela, LPC LCDC is the Executive Director of Programs at Clearhope Counseling & Wellness Center. Ana’s experience includes working with clients of various ages and issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, sexual abuse, domestic violence, trauma, school issues, anger issues, and family issues. Ana also specializes in working with families in the reunification process for separation due to various life circumstances.She has experience working with adults, young children, teens, youths, and juveniles in crisis. Ana is an experienced team leader, program developer, and community mental health advocate. Ana is bilingual English/Spanish.
Cheryl Crosby, LPC-S is the Clinical Director at Clearhope Counseling & Wellness Center. Cheryl has over 25 years experience counseling individuals, couples, and families of all ages and backgrounds. She had the privilege to work with active duty Military, Veterans and their families. She also is experienced in directing school-based mental health programs.
Frances Germany, LPC LCDC is the Director of Services for Fort Bend ISD and the Sugar Land offices of Clearhope Counseling & Wellness Center. Frances is a Licensed/Ordained Minister, a Board-Certified Christian Counselor & Board Certified Christian Clinical Counselor. She has over 20 years of experience in education, counseling, and administration. She has worked with mental health and substance abuse (including co-occurring disorders/dual diagnosis), play and recreation therapy, grief therapy, marriage and family therapy (children, adolescents, and adults), school counseling, & home and community-based counseling. Frances is experienced in forming, maintaining, and strengthening on-campus counseling programs to help ensure equitable access to high-quality mental healthcare is available for all students.
